Horai House

Horai House is not just a residence but a sanctuary - a gateway where the heavenly meets the earthly, inviting residents and visitors to experience a harmonious blend of beauty, tranquility, and the boundless possibilities of architectural innovation.

As the gateway opens and the scenery of panoramas unfold, we are greeted with an effleurage of flickering, shimmer fairies in the landscape and facade. It is a downward sloping site that lies some 10 meters below road level at its lowest point.

In view of the terrain, we maximize land use vertically by building 2 levels below road level. When completed, the house would boast more than 50,000 sq ft in Gross Floor Area. Facilities include a 20-meter lap pool, an underground carpark that could accommodate 12 cars, a 4000 sq ft entertainment area at basement 1, and an indoor multipurpose hall (the size of a basketball court with an 8-meter height clearance) at basement 2. The master bedroom is outrageously large (2000 sq ft), and the remaining 5 ensuite bedrooms are at least 450 sq ft each.
